BBC 5 Live Sports pundit Peter Schmeichel believes new Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim has all the attributes to restore greatness to the club. And ditching the great Marcus Rashford is just the first step.

Rashford has been left out of the Red Devils’ squad for two consecutive games. The Carabao Cup quarter-final defeat to Spurs 3-4 yesterday and the 2-1 win over Man City. Partly because he told the press he wanted a new challenge.   ทางเข้า UFABET

That has led former United player Schmeichel to believe the 27-year-old is simply counting down the days until the exit. But he is not the only problem plaguing the club, with a host of other issues Amorim has to sort out.

‘Marcus Rashford is just one piece in the jigsaw,’ says United legend

“He’s British, he’s a high-profile player, and anything he says out of his mouth makes headlines.”

“Really, United’s problem isn’t just Rashford.”

“Reuben Amorim has a lot of work to do. I have 100% confidence in this head coach that he can do it.”

“It’s about new leadership, a new direction for the club,”

The 39 -year- old is known for his good manners. And has not ruled out a return to action for Rashford in the Premier League at home to Bournemouth ( Dec 22 ). As he is due to return to training on Friday .
